Biography：
After graduating from Taipei Medical University, Taiwan in 1995, he completed his residency training in Shin Kong Memorial Hospital, Taiwan and got the Board of Emergency in 1998. He was a clinical research fellow in the Department of Emergency at University of Alberta Hospital at 1999, in the Department of Emergency & Toxicology at Bellevue Hospital at 2000. He received his Ph.D degree in Medical Sciences in 2014 from the National Taiwan University. He was the Director of Department of Emergency and Critical Care Medicine, Fu Jen Catholic University Hospital, Taiwan from 2017~2019.
Dr. Harnod is not only specialized as an intensivist but also an emergency physician. He is also the instructors of critical care medicine and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Advanced Pediatric Life support (APLS), Advanced Intoxication Life support (AILS). Currently, Dr. Harnod is the Secretary General of Taiwan Society of Emergency & Critical Care Medicine (TSECCM), He is also the Honorary President of the Taiwan Emergency Medical Technician Association (TEMTA). He has more than 20 publications of original articles, case reports, and review papers being published in peer review journals covering research fields of Emergency and Critical Care Medicine, Trauma and Stroke.
